Formally, there is not a translation for "Quimestre", becase the year periods are only divided in equal terms, so, a five-month period is not equal. Ergo, there is no word usable to translate "Quimestre". English does not use most of latin words on it's vocabulary as it occurs with spanish. The only way to say "Quimestre" is "Five-Month Term"

Quimestre use both latin words: Quinque, which means fifth, and mestre, which comes from Mensis. Both combiend forms "Quimestre" in most languages formed from basic latin.
